Warranty & Refund Policy

Every account purchased from OscarMods includes a free 7-day warranty starting at delivery.

What is covered

• The login details you received do not work.
• The account contents (cash, level, modded cars, unlocks) do not match the listing.
• The account is recovered by a previous owner during the warranty period.

What is not covered

• Problems caused by cheating, mod menus or third-party tools used after delivery.
• Not following the security instructions sent with your order (e.g. not changing the password and email).
• Buying an account for the wrong platform or game edition.

How to claim

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oscarmods.tech or via any of our support channels with your order details and a screenshot of the issue. We will replace the account or issue a full refund.
