Terms of Service

By placing an order on oscarmods.tech you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

OscarMods sells pre-configured GTA Online accounts as digital goods. Each listing describes the platform, in-game cash, level and other contents. Login details are delivered digitally on your order page immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery

An order is considered delivered once the account details are displayed on your private order page. We keep a record of the delivery time, the order details and the IP address used to place the order.

3. Warranty and refunds

Every order includes a free 7-day warranty as described in our Warranty & Refund Policy. Because accounts are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are only issued under that policy. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we resolve valid issues quickly.

4. Your responsibilities

• Choose the correct platform and game edition before buying.
• Secure the account (change password and email) right after delivery.
• Do not use cheats or mod menus on the account; issues caused by this are not covered.

5. Third-party games

Grand Theft Auto and GTA Online are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive / Rockstar Games. OscarMods is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The game publisher's own terms and enforcement decisions are outside our control.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in USD.
